Sasha and Sons Renovations recently completed a major kitchen, main bathroom, breakfast room, and basement bathroom in our 1922 bungalow. They did exceptional work! Bogdan was both detail oriented and a perfectionist. He did not call the work done until it met both his and our highest expectations. The process involved taking out all the old cabinets and all, pulling out the old wall board, ceiling and flooring, and taking everything down to the studs. Before continuing the work, they used a laser to ensure that everything was level again prior to reinstallation of new ceiling, flooring, walls, cabinets, tile and trim. In the kitchen, this also required taking out the old wall between the old porch and the kitchen, and installing a double beam in the ceiling between the kitchen and breakfast room for added support. He also dealt with other challenges, such as converting the original bathroom door into a pocket door. During the reconstruction process, new windows were installed, new ceilings, cabinets, custom shelves, new backdoor and more. Bogdan also made some repairs to fix previous contractors work. Throughout it all, he was good and communicating, showed up when he said he would, cleaned up daily and was highly responsive to questions and concerns. It was a pleasure to have him in our home.
